Return to Eternia with the brand new Masters of the Universe trailer, which shows off more story, action, and plenty of fun.
This morning brings a fresh look at the new He-Man film, Masters of the Universe, and honestly…it looks like a hoot. Like many others, I was kinda skeptical about this one, but the more I see out of this flick, the more fun it looks to be.
Is it going to be the second coming of cinema? Probably not, but this trailer does a great job of highlighting the fun factor. It just looks like a blast, especially as it willingly leans into the fantastical/goofy elements that makes the story of He-Man so endearing. Consider me on board for this one.
In MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE, Director Travis Knight brings the legendary franchise back to the big screen in this epic live-action adventure. After being separated for 15 years, the Sword of Power leads Prince Adam (Nicholas Galitzine) back to Eternia where he discovers his home shattered under the fiendish rule of Skeletor (Jared Leto). To save his family and his world, Adam must join forces with his closest allies, Teela (Camila Mendes) and Duncan/Man-At-Arms (Idris Elba), and embrace his true destiny as He-Man — the most powerful man in the universe.
Masters of the Universe hits theaters on June 5, 2026.
