FX has announced a series order for Far Cry, a popular video game franchise, to stream on Hulu in the U.S. and Disney+ internationally.
The limited series, co-created by Noah Hawley and Rob Mac, with Mac starring, will retain the game’s signature standalone storytelling, with each season set in a new location and featuring different characters. As a fan of the Far Cry series, I am excited to see this iconic world brought to life on the small screen.
Produced by renowned creators including Hawley, known for Fargo, and Mac, creator of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, the series promises to deliver a gripping and original adaptation.
I love the Far Cry games and can’t wait to see how this ambitious project captures the chaos and adventure of the franchise. The collaboration between FX, Ubisoft, and top industry talents makes this a series I’m eagerly looking forward to.
