The first look at Greenland 2: Migration has arrived, offering a look at the new story that looks even more wild and dangerous than the last.
Greenland was something of a surprise when it hit a few years back, combining personal drama and disaster movie action into something more fun than it should have been. As such, I’m pretty excited to see that the sequel, Migration, looks to be going even bigger than before both in terms of the massive action on display and the compelling story at its core.
In the aftermath of a comet strike that decimated most of the earth, GREENLAND 2: MIGRATION follows the Garrity family (Gerard Butler, Morena Baccarin, and Roman Griffin Davis) as they’re forced to leave the safety of their bunker in Greenland to traverse a shattered world in search of a new home.
Greenland 2: Migration is set to hit theaters on January 9, 2026.
