Fresh off the heels of the announcement of their latest installment in the Toy Story franchise, Pixar is keeping the hits coming, following up the Toy Story left jab with a brand new right hook of a trailer for their newest original film, Hoppers. This time, we get a little more insight into the setup for the movie’s premise, which sees protagonist Mabel transported into the animal world by ‘hopping’ her brain into a robotic beaver, and all of the shenanigans that will ensue:
By all appearances, it looks like we’ll be getting another zany Pixar style romp with this one, full of colorful characters and fun for the whole family. With the voice talent of Meryl Streep, Dave Franco, and Jon Hamm to bring home the script, we’re sure to be in for a good time.
Hoppers opens exclusively in theaters on March 6, 2026. It is directed by We Bare Bears‘ Daniel Chong and also stars Kathy Najimy, Piper Curda, Bobby Moynihan, Eduardo Franco, Ego Nwodim, and Isiah Whitlock, Jr.
