Jason Statham is, once again, playing a man on a mission in the official trailer for Mutiny.
Jason Statham has proven exceptionally good at playing the part of “super-skilled man goes on a mission of vengeance against all odds” in action movies and Mutiny so far looks to be cut from the same cloth.
Set to release on August 21, 2026, the movie sees Statham playing Cole Reed, who stows away on a cargo ship on a mission of vengeance only to find the situation quickly spiraling out of control:
In Mutiny, after witnessing his billionaire boss’s murder and being framed for the crime, Cole Reed (Jason Statham) boards a cargo ship on a one-man crusade to avenge his boss’ death only to discover an international conspiracy.
Mutiny is directed by Jean-François Richet and stars Jason Statham, Annabelle Wallis, Roland Møller, and Adrian Lester.
