A24 has released the first look at Josh Safdie’s upcoming film, Marty Supreme, which stars Timothée Chalamet as an unlikely sports star.
On the surface, the idea for Marty Supreme feels kind of ridiculous. Hell, even the trailer feels like the concept is more satire than anything else. And yet, something about it manages to hit all the right notes and look like a lot of fun:
Marty Mauser, a young man with a dream no one respects, goes to hell and back in pursuit of greatness.
Marty Supreme is set to hit theaters on December 25, 2025.
