20th Century dropped a brand new trailer for Predator: Badlands, giving a new look at the latest entry in the Predator franchise set to hit theaters this fall.
We also got a look at a number of still from the movie, which will hit theaters on November 7. Predator: Badlands will be available to view in IMAX theaters.
“Predator: Badlands,” which stars Elle Fanning and Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi, is set in the future on a remote planet, where a young Predator, outcast from his clan, finds an unlikely ally in Thia (Fanning) and embarks on a treacherous journey in search of the ultimate adversary. The film is directed by Dan Trachtenberg and produced by John Davis, Dan Trachtenberg, Marc Toberoff, Ben Rosenblatt, Brent O’Connor.
Fanning’s character is that of a Weyland-Yutani android, artificial humans from the Alien universe, which confirms the crossover between the two beloved franchises for the first time in film since the 2004 film Alien vs. Predator.
Badlands will be Trachtenberg’s third Predator film. He directed the 2022 movie Prey and, in June, Trachtenberg dropped the animated film Predator: Killer of Killers.
