The cast of Mortal Kombat 2 seems about to grow with the addition of a new actress.
It’s been revealed in an exclusive by The Hollywood Reporter that Tati Gabrielle (You) is in final talks to play Jade in the sequel to Mortal Kombat. Jade, for those unfamiliar with the game series, first appeared in Mortal Kombat II and is an assassin who is also a friend and bodyguard to Princess Kitana.
Assuming this casting sticks, Tati Gabrielle would join Karl Urban, who has been cast in the role of Johnny Cage.
There’s still not an official release date for Mortal Kombat 2, but it’s definitely exciting to see the cast starting to take shape for the sequel.
