New Cast Added to ‘Angry Birds 3’
Paramount revealed some new voices joining the cast of The Angry Birds Movie 3 this week with a teaser poster.
Previously Announced Cast: Jason Sudeikis (“Red”), Josh Gad (“Chuck”), Rachel Bloom (“Silver”), Danny McBride (“Bomb”), Emma Myers, Keke Palmer, Tim Robinson, Lily James, Marcello Hernandez, Walker Scobell, Sam Richardson, Anna Cathcart, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, Nikki Glaser, James Austin Johnson, Psalm West.
Rovio and SEGA will produce alongside Namit Malhotra and his production company Prime Focus Studios, in partnership with Flywheel Media, One Cool Group, and dentsu.
The Angry Birds Movie 3 is directed by John Rice with a screenplay by Thurop Van Orman, who is also executive producing alongside Toru Nakahara.
The Angry Birds Movie 3 hits theaters on December 23, 2026.

Mutant Football League 2 Gets December Release Date
Mutant Football League 2 is the outrageous, over-the-top successor to the 2017 cult-classic created by Michael Mendheim, the mind behind Electronic Arts’ ‘90s Sega Genesis hits Mutant League Football and Mutant League Hockey. His team is back in action and hittin’ harder than Swift’s post-engagement half-time show.
This is not your parents’ football game or a bloated simulation that chases realism at the expense of fun. Mutant Football League 2 is a brutal, darkly comedic 8-on-8 arcade-style action-packed football game. Black Panther and Cosmic Ghost Rider join the ‘Marvel Cosmic Invasion’ Roster
These uniquely powerful fighters debut through striking hand-drawn animation embodying the classic comic book worlds MARVEL Cosmic Invasion pays homage to, as well as through all-new gameplay:
Cosmic Ghost Rider, a deadly incarnation of the Punisher who was transformed after signing a pact to avenge Earth’s devastation at the hands of Thanos. Black Panther, the stalwart leader of Wakanda, dashes into battle wearing King T’Challa’s vibranium-enhanced suit and sonic daggers. With peerless martial arts skills and strength, he’ll pounce on any threat or foe foolish enough to challenge him.
James Mathis III will reprise his role as the voice of Black Panther following his work within Marvel Rivals and the Avengers Assemble animated series.
In MARVEL Cosmic Invasion, the immortal Super Villain Annihilus has launched an unprecedented attack across the galaxy, threatening all life as we know it. Super Heroes, both Earth-born and cosmic, must now join forces in a star-spanning adventure against the deadly Annihilation Wave. ‘The Morning Show’ Renewed for Fifth Season
Ahead of the season four debut earlier this week (Sept. 17th) Apple announced The Morning Show would be renewed for a fifth season.

Nine Inch Nails’ ‘TRON: Ares’ Soundtrack Released
As a work by Nine Inch Nails, “TRON: Ares” is a bracing departure from their previous film scores. The album erupts with the band’s full force, breaking boundaries and redefining what music in film can be with pulsating synths, distorted textures and haunting melodies. The album doesn’t feature a single second of orchestral music.

“TRON: Ares” follows a highly sophisticated Program, Ares, who is sent from the digital world into the real world on a dangerous mission, marking humankind’s first encounter with A.I. beings. The feature film is directed by Joachim Rønning and stars Jared Leto, Greta Lee, Evan Peters, Jodie Turner-Smith, Hasan Minhaj, Arturo Castro and Cameron Monaghan, with Gillian Anderson and Jeff Bridges.

New ‘DAIMA’ Characters Coming to ‘Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO’
The latest DLC, Dragon Ball DAIMA: Character Pack 2, expands the game’s already massive character roster with six new fighters. Dragon Ball DAIMA: Character Pack 2 will be available for early access on September 21, 2025, and players who own or purchase the game’s Deluxe Edition, Ultimate Edition, Premium Edition, or the individual Season Pass (DLC 1-3, Extra) will automatically receive the new content. The pack is available for purchase on September 24 along with a free update available for all players that adds new content including “First Demon World Stage” and gameplay enhancements.
Dragon Ball DAIMA: Character Pack 2 expands on the game’s roster of 180+ fighters, introducing six new characters, including iconic additions from the Dragon Ball DAIMA anime series: Goku (Mini), Super Saiyan 4; Goku (DAIMA), Super Saiyan 4; Vegeta (DAIMA), Super Saiyan 3; Majin Duu; Third Eye Gomah; and Giant Gomah.

First Trailer for ‘The Last Frontier’
Apple TV+ unveiled the trailer and key art for “The Last Frontier,” a new original drama series from co-creators Jon Bokenkamp and Richard D’Ovidio, starring and executive produced by Jason Clarke. The 10-episode thriller will make its global debut on Apple TV+ with the first two episodes on Friday, October 10, 2025 followed by new episodes every Friday through December 5.
“The Last Frontier” follows Frank Remnick (Clarke), the lone U.S. Marshal in charge of the quiet, rugged barrens of Alaska. Remnick’s jurisdiction is turned upside down when a prison transport plane crashes in the remote wilderness, setting free dozens of violent inmates. Tasked with protecting the town he’s vowed to keep safe, he begins to suspect the crash wasn’t an accident, but the first step of a well-crafted plan with far-reaching and devastating implications.
The Last Frontier debuts exclusively on Apple TV+ starting with a two-episode premier on October 10th.
Behind the Action Featurette for ‘The Running Man’ Released

‘Dwarf Fortress’ has been a cult classic strategy simulation game that has seen massive success over its 20 year lifespan. The game saw a Steam release in 2022 and, along with it came a number of major updates that includes Adventure Mode which released in January.
