Netflix Drops Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 Teaser

Crunchyroll shared that CD PROJEKT RED revealed at Anime Expo “that Studio TRIGGER is returning to Night City with a brand-new 10-episode anime that will feature a standalone story described as ‘a raw chronicle of redemption and revenge.'”

Apothecary Diaries Sequel
Crunchyroll reported that a sequel of the popular Apothecary Diaries was revealed that will “take place in a new land.” No other information about the sequel was shared.
New Black Torch Trailer
VIZ Media dropped a new trailer for Black Torch to reveal its four main characters and their voice actors. Jiro Azuma is voiced by Ryota Suzuki (Ryusui Nanami in Dr. STONE), Rago is voiced by Yoji Ueda (Eisen in Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End), Ichika Kishimojin is voiced by Sayaka Senbongi (Marcille in Delicious in Dungeon) and Reiji Kirihara is voiced by Junya Enoki (Yuji Itadori in JUJUTSU KAISEN).

BEASTARS Final Season Part 2 will release in 2026, Netflix revealed along with a new visual.
Apple TV+ Reveals Jennifer Aniston to Star In ‘I’m Glad My Mom Died’ Adaptation
A series inspired by Jennette McCurdy’s bestselling coming-of-age memoir “I’m Glad My Mom Died” is coming to Apple TV+. Jennifer Aniston will star and executive produce on the series.
The 10-episode series is written, executive produced and showrun by McCurdy and Ari Katcher (“Ramy,” “Jerrod Carmichael Reality Show”), according to a news release.
Invasion Season 3 Premieres in August

Apple TV+’s Invasion will return for its third season starting on August 22. The series will release one episode per week through October 24.
“Invasion” follows an alien invasion through different perspectives around the world. In season three, those perspectives collide for the first time, as the series’ main characters are brought together to work as a team on a critical mission to infiltrate the alien mothership. The ultimate apex aliens have finally emerged, rapidly spreading their deadly tendrils across the planet. It will take all heroes working together, using their experience and expertise, to save the species. New relationships are formed, old relationships are challenged and even shattered, as an international cast of characters must become a team before it’s too late.

Netflix dropped the teaser trailer for the sequel to Troll.

MY HERO ACADEMIA: All’s Justice Fighter Game Revealed
Bandai Namco announced MY HERO ACADEMIA: All’s Justice, its latest game adaptation described as a “super-powered 3D arena fighter” with a cinematic story mode that is set during the climactic Final War arc.
MY HERO ACADEMIA: All’s Justice features dynamic 3v3 team battles and an extensive cast of characters from across the anime and manga’s full timeline, including fully powered versions from the Final War arc. Fans will be able to choose from U.A. students, Pro Heroes, and Villains in their most iconic forms, each with new move sets and visuals inspired by their final appearances. Players will take control of fan-favorite characters such as Izuku Midoriya, Katsuki Bakugo, All Might, Tomura Shigaraki, Himiko Toga and more, and they can utilize their unique Quirks to pummel and blast through opponents.

Emperor Zurg – Brawler – Unleashed mayhem on the track with Zurg, who can stun rival racers and gain speed boosts, while his charged attack fires off a massive cluster of foam balls behind his vehicle, stunning enemies in a large radius.

Splitgate 2 Gets First Major Update
Splitgate 2’s first major upgrade dropped this week that added a Ranked Arena Mode, weapon mastery challenges, and the Season 1 Chapter 2 Battle Pass.
The Ranked Arena Mode includes three modes: Spitball, Hotzone and Firecracker. The mode is unlocked by earning 100,00 XP in any other playlists and features ranks Bronze to Champion.

Bungie dropped a cinematic trailer for Destiny 2: The Edge of Fate, which is set to launch on July 15.
Prime Gaming Reveals Free Games Lineup
The July free games lineup for Prime Gaming includes Boxes: Lost Fragments, Paquerette Down the Bunburrows, ENDLESS™ Space 2 Definitive Edition, Besiege: The Splintered Sea DLC, Venba, I Love Finding Wild Friends Collector’s Edition and Heroes of Loot.
