Assassin’s Creed Mirage Now Launching October 5th, Looks to Bring Classic Fans Back to Series

The Assassins Creed series is turning back the pages of time and bring us back to a classic Assassins Creed experience with AC Mirage. After the success of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Mirage takes us twenty years prior to the events of Valhalla. Players will assume the role of Basim, with out spoiling the events of Valhalla, let’s just say he was a huge pivotal character in the store of the game.

That said, Mirage is set to bring back the classic style of play we have all wanted back for so many years. The past three Assassin’s Creed titles have been heavily focus on their open world rpg elements with very large maps to explore.

AC Mirage has a large map but is closer to the size of Assassin’s Creed Unity/Revealtions. It is also said to roughly have a story that would take around 30 to 35 hours to complete. So from what is seems, Mirage will be a more grounded experience. This is the perfect opportunity for Ubisoft to bring classic fans back to the series and showcase what made the Assassin’s Creed series one of the best of all time!

With all that stated about how amazing this game will be, Ubisoft had officially announced the game has gone gold and will now be launching October 5th. This is 7 days earlier that it’s planned release of October 12th. Below, you can see the Twitter announcement of the game going gold and one of the latest gameplay trailer!
