Visions of Mana Brings the RPG Series to Xbox For the First Time this Summer

During the Xbox Developer Direct, Square Enix made a surprise appearance to show off a bunch of new gameplay for Visions of Mana.

Initially revealed during The Game Awards last month/year, today brings a fresh (unexpected) look at Square Enix’s Visions of Mana. This will mark the first time the iconic RPG franchise has ever come to an Xbox console, which is pretty awesome. To mark the announcement, Square also brought a boatload of gameplay footage and new details on the game for fans to check out:

Visions of Mana will return to the series action-RPG roots and take players on a new adventure with protagonist Val, a soul guard assigned to protect his childhood friend, who has been chosen by the Faerie as the Alm of Fire to travel to the Tree of Mana and rejuvenate the mana flow.

Visions of Mana will hit PlayStation and Xbox in Summer 2024.
