With Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown arriving this month, a new world trailer along with some exciting accessibility news have been revealed for the game.

After months of waiting, Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is nearly here. The game is scheduled to release on January 18, 2024 and Ubisoft is whetting gamer’s appetites with a brand new world trailer that is sure to please. Even better, if you’re still unsure about the game, a demo is being made available starting January 11 that will let players check the game out.

That’s not all. Ubisoft Montpellier also highlighted all the ways they tried to make this Metroidvania style game as accessible as possible. This included customizable difficulty settings as well as settings that allow gamers with various visual disabilities to still take part in the game, just to name a few examples. It’s really touching to see just how much effort the studio put in to this and I hope it encourages more gamers to check the game out in a few weeks.

Finally, it wouldn’t be an upcoming video game release if there weren’t news about a deluxe edition and the special features that come with it. Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is no exception and Ubisoft has made it known that there are a few perks that come with purchasing the deluxe version of the game. While the perks are all digital, they do include getting to start the game early, which many might consider worth it.
