Razer Unleashes the Electra V2 A New, Affordable Gaming Headset

If you’re like me, your gaming gets better when you put on your headset, jump into a chat with your buds, and jam out to your favorite music.  If you’re also like me, your headset consists of earbuds that were meant for an Android and not a console.  That’s because gaming headsets are so expensive.  For a high quality headset with all the bells and whistles, you’re looking at spending over $100, easily.

Fortunately, Razer has unveiled a new gaming headset that has all the features of a high-end headset, but at half the cost, for your PC or console.  Introducing the Razer Electra V2.

Electra V2 2017 Render 3 Mic1

The Razer Electra V2 boasts comfort and durability features that include a lightweight, flexible aluminum frame with a suspended headrest and plush leatherette ear cushions. A detachable boom mic allows for crisp, clear communication during battles or in phone conversations. Plus, removing the mic allows for a streamlined, undistracted audio experience. Previously, these were features that were only limited to high priced headsets.

These headsets are going for $59.99 and $69.99 for the USB version.  The Razer Electra V2 is in stores now.
