Spider-Man May Be Out of the MCU After 2019

If you like Spider-Man in the MCU, you’ll be disappointed to learn that the 2019 sequel to Spider Man: Homecoming may be the last time Spider-Man crosses paths with the Disney/MCU characters.  Tom Holland’s version of the web-spinning hero might be reverting to a Sony-only property, to spearhead their planned “Spider-Verse”.

How Captain America: Civil War Differs From the Comics

While the events of Captain America: Civil War happened over a few days, the event was a much bigger deal in the comic book universe. Marvel’s Civil War lasted a full year with a 7 issue run of the core storyline. The real bits and pieces of the event took place during a universe wide cross over run with each character and book having special Civil War covers. Combined with storylines like Avengers Disassembled and House of M, the scale was massive. In the comics Civil War was an absolute all-out war that shook the Marvel universe, and yet the film changes some things to take things in an entirely different direction.
