Bethesda dropped a bombshell of badly needed good news that gamers will love to hear.
In a long post published earlier today, Bethesda Game Studios revealed a glimpse of what they’re working on and it should make a lot of gamers very happy.
First, while no timeline has been given for a release, the studio confirmed that remasters of both Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas are being actively worked on. There is also an expansion being planned for Fallout 76 in addition to “something special” being planned for Fallout’s 30th anniversary next year.
Additionally, Fallout 5 is confirmed as still being on the way, with the game being stated to be in preproduction.
The studio also confirmed that The Elder Scrolls VI is now their primary development focus, with both it and Fallout 5 being developed on Creation Engine 3.
Considering how long gamers have been begging for remasters of Fallout 3 and especially Fallout: New Vegas, what do you think of the news that they’re finally happening?
