id Software gave gamers a look at DOOM: The Dark Ages Revelations DLC during the Xbox Games Showcase at Summer Game Fest 2026. The DLC drops on July 7.
HELL FREEZES OVER in DOOM: The Dark Ages | Revelations, an all-new campaign expansion that unleashes a brutal new chapter of the Slayer’s saga.
Wounded and betrayed, the Slayer is thrust into a merciless purgatory only escapable by confronting haunting truths and forging new strength with the help of a mysterious ally. He must ascend from the prison of his mind and fight an abomination of the gods to set his followers on the path to freedom.
The DLC will feature an all-new Chain Spear weapon, new levels with more puzzles, new demons, and more.
The Ripatorium 3.0 update will release alongside Revelations free for all players, which id Software says will add “deeper customization, improved pass code generation, and saving + loading personal presets.”
Players who purchased the base game Digital Upgrade, Premium Edition, or Collector’s Bundle can access Revelations at no additional cost on July 7. Base game players can get Revelations for $19.99 or upgrade to the Premium Edition for $34.99.
Premium Edition or Collectors Bundle owners can access 3 new maps, new demons, and fully upgraded new weapons after completing the DLC.
