Summer Game Fest 2025 was full of new treats and teasers for the gamers of the world, and sometimes these little finds even wind up coming from the most unlikely of places. This time around, the surprise comes from an otherwise pretty bog-standard teaser trailer for the upcoming release MindsEye, the new dystopian sci-fi action game from Build A Rocket Boy, a Scottish game studio founded by former Grand Theft Auto franchise leader Leslie Benzies.

To be fair, this is easily the best trailer for MindsEye that has come to pass. The atmosphere, the music, the moody dialogue, it all comes together to paint a picture of a cyberpunk thriller that could easily stand amongst the greats in the genre. But, did you catch that at the end there?
That’s right, thanks to their partnership with IO Interactive, MindsEye will, indeed, be featuring the legendary Agent 47 of the Hitman universe! IOI has confirmed that Agent 47 will feature in a post-launch mission designed by the team at Build A Rocket Boy.
For those of you excited about the game already, or who have just become that way thanks to your favorite assassin being featured, you won’t have to wait long! MindsEye will release right around the corner, on June 10, 2025, on Playstation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Epic Game Store.
