Among the hype at the Summer Game Fest and all of the titles revealed during the Xbox Game Showcase and Gears of Wars: E-Day Direct, we got a look at a limited edition console and controller celebrating Xbox’s 25th anniversary.
The Xbox Series X console and controller are assembled with a transparent hardware exterior in the iconic Xbox green.
“Inspired by the look and feel of the original XBOX console, both the console and controller feature a translucent OG Green design, with subtle tributes to the journey we’ve been on together. You’ll also discover a few hidden surprises throughout, as a thank you to the community,” Xbox VP Next Generation Jason Ronald said in a news release.
You can see the limited edition 1TB Xbox Series X console and controllers on the Xbox website, and gamers can sign up to get an email when the console becomes available for pre-order. Xbox revealed they are expected to release in November.
