Today at the XBOX Games showcase, we got our first look at the world of a mischievous magpie with only one wing. Developed by Milktooth, Bad Magpie premiered its announcement trailer, and it reminds me of games like Untitled Goose Game and Thank Goodness You’re Here! in all of the best ways.
Play as a one-winged magpie that doesn’t seem to have a flock, but does have an unhealthy obsession with a fallen star. Cause chaos everywhere you go by lighting fields of flowers on fire, stealing shiny trinkets, and more. Bad Magpie is set to release in 2027 on Xbox Series X|S and Steam.
