Gretel & Hansel Coming to Digital Early, Blu-Ray in May

The horror take on the classic fairytale is coming home soon as Warner Bros has announced the home entertainment details for Gretel & Hansel.

If you missed out on Gretel & Hansel when it hit theaters, you’ll soon have the chance to poop your pants from the comfort of home. Warner Bros. has announced they’re bringing the film to digital early on April 7th, with the physical Blu-ray arriving on May 5th.

Experience the nightmare behind the fairytale when “Gretel & Hansel” arrives on Blu-ray, DVD and Digital. Directed by Osgood Perkins, the film is a terrifying reimagining of the beloved Brothers Grimm fairytale for a new generation.

From Metro Goldwyn Mayer’s Orion Pictures, the film stars Sophia Lillis (IT, IT: Chapter 2) as Gretel, newcomer Samuel J. Leakey as Hansel and Alice Krige (Star Trek: First Contact) as The Witch. “Gretel & Hansel” was directed by Perkins from a screenplay by Rob Hayes.  The film was produced by Brian Kavanaugh-Jones and Fred Berger.
