First Look Revealed at Concept Footage for the ‘Gravity Rush’ Movie

We’ve gotten our first look at the proof of concept footage for the Gravity Rush movie and it looks pretty cool.

Earlier this evening a short teaser reel was revealed for the in-development Gravity Rush movie at CES 2024. It’s barely a snippet of scene and is likely just meant to be test footage, but regardless it looks incredible.

See it for yourself below:

As you can see, there’s not much to it right now. But if this test footage is a sign of anything, it shows they’re trying to recreate the game in a live-action setting as accurately as possible.

For those not familiar, the original Gravity Rush was released in 2012 for the Playstation Vita, with a Japan-exclusive sequel following in 2017. The story takes place in a floating city and follows a protagonist who can manipulate gravity. It sure has the makings of a good movie, only time will tell though if the final product is as good as this first look.

What do you think of the first glimpse of the Gravity Rush movie?
