This evening brings the official title for the Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse sequel thanks to our very first teaser trailer!
Thanks to CCXP (Brazil’s Comic-Con), we have our very first look at the next Spider-Verse film. Called Across the Spider-Verse (Part One), the footage shows us what happens next after Gwen returns (as shown at the very end of the first movie), while offering a tease of Miles’ first encounter with Spider-Man 2099!
I’m in love. Into the Spider-Verse is one of my all time favorite comic book films and I’ve been eager to see how the second film would build on that. I’m very curious to see how that “Part One” aspect of the title plays into the overall story…and when we might see Part Two happen. All I know, is that this brief clip has forced me to turn on the first movie once again.
