New Jordan Peele Movie Confirmed for Christmas Day 2024

The Jordan Peele 2024 movie slate has added another film, this time for Christmas Day 2024.

It will be the fifth film directed by Peele for Universal Pictures, following Nope (2022), Candyman (2021), Us (2019), Get Out (2017). Peele’s Monkeypaw Productions will also release an untitled horror/thriller in theaters on September 27, 2024, and will be also be released by Universal. No word yet on who is directing or writing the September film.

Aside from the news of the intention for the film to drop next Christmas, there are no other details available about the movie. The untitled film joins a list of blockbuster releases expected for next winter, including the next Avatar and the next Sonic the Hedgehog. Universal recently moved the highly anticipated Wicked film up to Thanksgiving 2024 from a previously-announced Christmas-time debut.
