With Sonic the Hedgehog 2 less than a month away, a new poster has been released for the movie that shows Knuckles and Dr. Robotnik squaring off against Sonic and Tails.
As the release date for Sonic the Hedgehog 2 rapidly approaches, we’ve got a new poster for the film that highlights the upcoming battle between Sonic and Tails and Dr. Robotnik and Knuckles.

The trailers have already made it clear that Knuckles is on the side of Dr. Robotnik (for now at least), but this poster really serves to reinforce the point.
I can’t get over how well Sonic, Tails and Knuckles are being rendered. It’s really amazing when you recall the disastrous first design for Sonic that nearly made it to the big screen. Thankfully there are no such design issues this time around and I’m really excited to see what Knuckles adds to the story.
Sonic the Hedgehog 2 arrives in theaters on April 8, 2022.
