A new promo has been released for A24’s upcoming film The Death of Robin Hood, which sees an older Robin Hood confronted with the myths that have grown up around him over the years. The film is set to hit theaters on June 19, 2026.
Grappling with his past after a life of crime and murder, Robin Hood finds himself gravely injured after a battle he thought would be his last. In the hands of a mysterious woman, he is offered a chance at salvation.
This new teaser continues the thought that this take on Robin Hood will be extremely dark and perhaps too out there for some fans of the Robin Hood legend to take.
