Disney/Marvel have revealed a brand new, full-length trailer for The Fantastic Four: First Steps, offering new looks at Silver Surfer and much more!
Surprise! Marvel has unexpectedly given fans a new trailer for The Fantastic Four: First Steps this morning and it’s pretty incredible:

There is a whole lot to love about this. To be honest, despite them always being Marvel’s “First Family,” the FF was never something I got into. Comics, cartoons, etc…none of them really did it for me. It’s not that I disliked them, I just preferred other stories. As such, I’ve been cautiously optimistic about this new film.
This trailer, however, has me totally blown away. The hype is real and I’m ready for July to get here. The scale of everything looks incredible, with Silver Surfer managing to sound menacing and seeing a scared Reed Richards. Couple that with some performances that already manage to stand out, and I think they’ve got a big winner here.
“The Fantastic Four: First Steps” introduces Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic (Pedro Pascal), Sue Storm/Invisible Woman (Vanessa Kirby), Johnny Storm/Human Torch Joseph Quinn) and Ben Grimm/The Thing (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) as they face their most daunting challenge yet. Forced to balance their roles as heroes with the strength of their family bond, they must defend Earth from a ravenous space god called Galactus (Ralph Ineson) and his enigmatic Herald, Silver Surfer (Julia Garner). And if Galactus’ plan to devour the entire planet and everyone on it weren’t bad enough, it suddenly gets very personal.
The Fantastic Four: First Steps hits theaters on July 25, 2025.
