It’s finally happened, the official trailer for Coyote vs Acme is here and it looks to be everything fans have wanted from a Looney Tunes movie for years.
After a years long battle just to get the movie picked up by someone who would release it, we finally have the first official trailer for Coyote vs Acme. Now being released on August 28, 2026, the trailer lays out a plot that fans by now know quite well: Wile E. Coyote has had enough of being screwed over by ACME, so he’s taking them to court.

After enduring years of catastrophic product failures at the hands of ACME, Inc., a tenacious, unemployed coyote uncovers a corporate cover-up and spearheads an unhinged battle against the multinational conglomerate that’s been blowing him up in the name of profit. Also, there’s a roadrunner. And dynamite.
In a move of absolute genius, Ketchup Entertainment is not holding back in taking shots at the fact that this film nearly didn’t get released at all. Which is brilliant, because emphasizing that point will only increase the hype around this movie.
Everything in this trailer looks brilliant. The classic Looney Tunes humor appears to be present in full effect, and the animation looks good. Mixing animation and live-action doesn’t always go well, but this looks good to my eyes.
Hopefully everyone goes to see Coyote vs Acme later this year because so far it looks incredible.
