Apple TV Reveals Trailer for New Series from the Mind Behind Breaking Bad

Yesterday, Apple TV debuted the trailer for Pluribus, a much-anticipated new drama straight from the mind of Vince Gilligan, the creator of Breaking Bad and co-creator of Better Call Saul. The series, starring Saul mainstay Rhea Seehorn, has been branded by Apple TV’s press release as “a genre-bending original in which the most miserable person on Earth must save the world from happiness.” You can check out the new trailer on YouTube or by clicking through right here:

Sure leaves a lot to the imagination, huh?

Seehorn was a standout performance in Better Call Saul, proving that she and Gilligan work well together, and the tantalizing tidbits of the world we’re given in this small offering give us hints of something grandly conspiratorial, deeply psychology, or maybe even both! Here’s hoping that Gilligan gives Seehorn another shot in the director’s chair, too.

Pluribus makes it global debut on Apple TV on Friday, November 7, 2025 when the first two episodes release. New episodes will follow every Friday through December 26. Written and directed by Vince Gilligan, Pluribus also stars Karolina Wydra (Sneaky Pete) and Carlos-Manuel Vesga (The Hijacking of Flight 601) and guest stars Miriam Shor (American Fiction) and Samba Schutte (Our Flag Means Death).
