It appears Marvel fans will have to wait a bit longer for a number of new series and seasons for hit television shows amid the writer and actors strikes, which began in May and July respectively.

According to a report by the Hollywood Reporter, it appears that Loki and What If…? remain on the 2023 slate. Loki is reportedly still planned to release on Disney+ on October 6 and What If…? around Christmas Day.

The updated release schedule, which was revealed to THR via “sources,” is as follows:

  • The Hawkeye spinoff Echo will reportedly release in January 2024, pushed back from its original November 29 debut.
  • X-Men ’97 is expected to release sometimes in early 2024 from its planned fall 2023 premiere.
  • Agatha: Darkhold Diaries, starring Kathryn Hahn in her standout role in WandaVisionwill reportedly now debut in early fall 2024 from winter 2023. The report says it will “serve as a lead up to the Halloween holiday.”
  • Ironheart‘s debut date is up in this air after its planned release in the fall. The report says that the show starring Riri Williams as Dominique Thorne finished shooting, but final production has been affected by the strikes. A tentative new release date was not reported.
  • Daredevil: Born Again‘s production was reportedly halted due to the strikes, affecting its planned spring 2024 release, along with the production on Wonder Man which stars Yahya Abdul-Mateen II. A tentative new release date was not reported.
