As NYCC 2023 gets underway, things started off with a bang with our first real look at The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live, the series that will finally continue the story of Rick and Michonne. The series is due to arrive in February 2024 on AMC and AMC+.

After Rick disappeared in season 9 of The Walking Dead, with Michonne leaving to find him a season later, fans have been itching to know the ultimate fates of these two characters, as they’ve long since deviated from their comic book counterpart’s stories. If this trailer is anything to go by, we’re finally going to get the answers we’ve long been waiting for.
