First Command & Conquer: Legion Trailer Has Arrived

EA and Level Infinite are bringing players back to the Tiberian-laced world of Command & Conquer with an announcement trailer for the upcoming mobile game.

While they announced the existence of the game just yesterday, during today’s “Into the Infinite” showcase, the actual announcement trailer for Command & Conquer: Legions was revealed. While we don’t get any gameplay, the trailer does a solid job of immersing us back into this world and brings back some of those old C&C feelings:

Bringing the classic Command and Conquer IP to mobile! Devise a masterful real-time strategy to dominate a vast map shared by all players. Harvest resources, develop advanced weapons technology, forge alliances, conquer cities, and achieve total global domination. Coming soon! Developed by Yorha Studios.

In Command & Conquer: Legions, engage in real-time PVE and PVP battles against other factions as you collect Tiberium, a powerful resource brought to earth that can either be used for technological advancement or to unleash destruction on enemies. On a large map shared with other commanders globally, you’ll be able to form strategic alliances of your choosing to coordinate attacks with your allies, share resources and strategize to outwit enemies. Send units to capture strategic locations and acquire as many Tiberium spikes as possible and claim precious resources. Outposts will extend reach and secure supply lines as players harvest resources, build bases, develop advanced technologies, and conquer cities and regions to claim victory.

No release date for Command & Conquer: Legions, but the game is set to hit Android and iOS devices later this year.
