You can get both the upcoming smaller release titles physically soon!
While some new leaks are suggesting a certain console might be going entirely digital, we are hoping it doesn’t spread everywhere. (I was hype for an external disc drive on the PS5). That being said two upcoming titles are getting physical releases real soon.
Survival horror MADiSON is returning with a VR edition, and you can pick up the PSVR2 edition physically when it releases in October. Seen on the Perp Games official Twitter was an image of the game in physical form. I also found a place to pre-order if you’re in the UK, but have not found where to pre order elsewhere.
Also shown off recently is a physical edition of Quantum Error for PS5. The upcoming title is an indie action oriented game that looks rather cool. Coming in November, the devs revealed on the official Twitter the newly announced physical edition of the game. You can also pre order this one on Amazon. (UK)
Personally I enjoy living in the past, alright. I love my physical games (and even certain movies I love) and i’ll continue to buy them until they come rip them out of my cold dying hands. Keep it up, being physical put these games above some other digital only releases I’ve seen this year.
Be sure to check out publishers like Perp Games and Devolver which are keeping games physical. THQ Nordic even offered the developers of Alan Wake 2 to make a physical edition. You can even check out one more recommendation from me, Eternights, coming in November as well.
