New Back 4 Blood Gameplay Trailer Released With Beta Details and Dates

Today marked the first event of the E3 2021 week, with Geoff Keighley’s Summer Game Fest. Warner Bros. Games joined in on the festivities by bringing their upcoming zombie shooter, Back 4 Blood. Check out the new trailer and  beta details within.

During today’s Summer Game Fest Kickoff show, Warner Bros. dropped a brand new gameplay trailer for Back 4 Blood. The trailer for the highly-anticipated zombie shooter featured everything you’d want to see from a game of this caliber, loads of brand new zombies and guns.

Back 4 Blood is a first-person co-op zombie shooter from the creators of the critically acclaimed Left 4 Dead franchise and features thrilling, dynamic moment-to-moment gameplay and highly variable, customizable action to keep players coming back for more. The Back 4 Blood story takes place after a catastrophic outbreak where most of humanity has either been killed or infected by the parasitic Devil Worm. Hardened by unspeakable events and emboldened to fight for the last of humanity, a group of apocalypse veterans called the Cleaners have rallied to take on the infected horrors known as the Ridden and reclaim the world.

In addition to the new gameplay trailer, Warner Bros. Games and Turtle Rock Studios also announced that there will be an Early Access Beta for players who pre-order the game. This Early Access Beta will take place August 5 to August 9. As an added bonus, players who pre-order Back 4 Blood will also get a Fort Hope Elite Weapon Skin Pack.

Although, if you don’t want to pre-order the game and wish to test it out first, players can register here for a chance to take part in the Early Access Beta. Chance being the operative word, as there is no guarantee that you’ll actually get a code for the Beta. That said, there will be an Open Beta for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and PC August 12 to August 16. Cross-gen and Cross-play will be supported in the Beta.

Back 4 Blood releases for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and PC on October 12, 2021.
