We learned this week that RockSteady is delaying Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League to release next year.

Sefton Hill, Creative Director and Co-Founder at RockSteady, made the announcement on social media.

“We’ve made the difficult decision to delay Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League to Spring 2023,” Sefton wrote. “I know a delay is frustrating but that time is going into making the best game we can. I look forward to bringing the chaos to Metropolis together. Thanks for your patience.”

The tweet also included a video accurately describing everyone’s reaction to the news.
