The final “Imperial March” reveal from Hasbro brings some iconic characters from the Thrawn Trilogy to the Black Series line for the first time!
Though it was announced a little bit ago as a “Pipeline” reveal, Hasbro has officially revealed the new Black Series set based on Timothy Zahn’s The Last Command (the final novel in his classic Thrawn Trilogy). Friends, I am so happy right now.
I love getting new figures based on the books—any books—but getting an all new figure for a villain who’s NEVER had a toy release before…that’s amazing. The upcoming four-pack will launch this Summer for $99.99 as a Hasbro Pulse and DisneyStore.com exclusive (will be at Disney Parks at a later date):
STAR WARS fans and collectors can imagine scenes from the STAR WARS galaxy with this premium 6-inch STAR WARS: THE BLACK SERIES STAR WARS: THE LAST COMMAND 4-pack, inspired by the characters’ appearances in the STAR WARS: THE LAST COMMAND comic books. Luke Skywalker and Mara Jade must confront Joruus C’baoth in a last ditch effort to save the Republic from Grand Admiral Thrawn’s overwhelming forces. The characters included in the pack include Luke Skywalker, Luuke, Joruus C’baoth and Mara Jade. Fans and collectors can display these fully articulated figures featuring premium detail and multiple points of articulation in their collection. This wasn’t the only reveal from Hasbro today, as they marked the final “Imperial March” merchandise announcement with two new Vintage Collection figures featuring the Dark Trooper (newly printed on the single cardback), an Amazon exclusive, and HK-87 Assassin Droid from Ahsoka that will be widely released.
Lastly, they also announced a new Clone Trooper & Battle Droid two-pack, which is set to serve as a troop building pack for Black Series collectors. This will also be a Hasbro Pulse/DisneyStore.com exclusive, coming in at $39.99.

Fans and collectors can display these fully articulated figures featuring premium detail and multiple points of articulation in their collection.
