To celebrate Mario Day (March 10th), LEGO has revealed a large new set, allowing fans to recreate Mario’s iconic racing kart.
For this year’s Mario Day, LEGO is adding to its already impressive line-up of Super Mario themed sets. Today, they’ve revealed a new set coming in at nearly 2000 pieces: the Mario Kart – Mario & Standard Kart.
Gear up for a creative adventure with the Mario Kart™ – Mario & Standard Kart (72037) build-and-display model for men, women and any fans. A delightful collectible gamer gift for adults, this Nintendo® construction set features a buildable Mario figure with a posable head and arms, sitting behind the wheel of the most iconic Mario Kart vehicle of all. Place the Standard Kart on the special stand, which allows you to show it at a dynamic angle as if it is being driven at speed or drifting in a Mario Kart race. This new Mario & Standard Kart set won’t arrive until May 15th, but LEGO Insiders can get their pre-orders in now, while everyone else will have to wait until April 15th to pre-order.
