OUTLAST II

Release date: April 24, 2017
Developer: Red Barrels

There has never been a game series that has made me so uncomfortable that I put it down and never played it again. I always try to push through and see what craziness is lying around the next corner. Well, Outlast II made me stop playing the game when it was originally released I just recently decided to start playing it again.

If you want to play a game that scares the hell out of you, makes you think “who the fuck made this game?”, and have nightmares for days to come, then this is the game for you. This is the most horrifying and disturbing game I have ever played and it is going to take some time to even play through the full game.

Outlast 2 is the sequel to the acclaimed survival horror game Outlast. Set in the same universe as the first game, but with different characters and a different setting, Outlast 2 is a twisted new journey into the depths of the human mind and its dark secrets.

Rated Mature: Intense Violence, Blood and Gore, Strong Sexual Content, Nudity, Strong Language

BIOSHOCK

Release Date: August 21st, 2007

When Bioshock was originally released, I was upset that I didn’t have an Xbox 360 due to the infamous Red Ring of Death. Though it took a bit after release for me to play, this game was one of the creepiest in the series. The enemies in this game are for sure some of the craziest you will see, the Splicers, Big Daddies, and Security Devices will keep you on the edge of your seat throughout the entirety of this game!

BioShock is a shooter unlike any you’ve ever played, loaded with weapons and tactics never seen. You’ll have a complete arsenal at your disposal from simple revolvers to grenade launchers and chemical throwers, but you’ll also be forced to genetically modify your DNA to create an even more deadly weapon: you.

The Forest

Release date: May 30, 2014
Developer: Endnight Games

What the hell can I say about this game that hasn’t already been plastered all over the internet? The Forest is a survival horror title that pins you against a ton of cannibals on a deserted island. When playing this game my heart was in my throat, looking around the island for material then suddenly seeing a cannibal stand on a hill next to me…just fucking staring at me. Stop what your doing, play it now!

As the lone survivor of a passenger jet crash, you find yourself in a mysterious forest battling to stay alive against a society of cannibalistic mutants.

Build, explore, and survive in this terrifying first-person survival horror simulator.

The Mortuary Assistant

Release date: August 2, 2022
This game. It took me sometime to muster up the courage to finally play this game, I heard about it and saw it all over social media for months. When I finally played the game I have to say it scared the hell out me. So much so I had leave the lights on in my house after playing it!

Having completed your degree in mortuary sciences, you have taken on an apprenticeship at River Fields Mortuary. Over the past several months you have logged many hours aiding the Mortician in daily tasks along with learning the ins and outs of the embalming process as well as how to properly handle and care for the deceased.

Late one night, you are called into work to handle some embalmings. Death doesn’t keep day time hours. But there is something different about these bodies because there is something different about you. The phone rings with the Mortician on the other end. The rumors are true, and you can not leave.
