This fall, Insight Editions will publish two official and definitive books celebrating the power and legacy of Guillermo del Toro’s Pan’s Labyrinth, marking the film’s 20th anniversary since its 2006 release. Both titles will be released on September 8, 2026.
In addition to the upcoming releases, Cineverse, in conjunction with Fathom, will be bringing the acclaimed film back to theaters for its 20th anniversary in the United States and Canada in 3D, 4K and premium HDR by Barco on October 9.
Filled with vivid imagery and behind-the-scenes insights, Pan’s Labyrinth: The Complete Screenplay features the full shooting script of the acclaimed fantasy film, written and directed by Academy Award–winning filmmaker Guillermo del Toro, along with fascinating anecdotes for film fans, screenwriting enthusiasts, and collectors.
In the years since its release, Pan’s Labyrinth has remained one of the most celebrated fantasy films of the modern era. Set in post–Civil War Spain, it tells the story of Ofelia, a young girl who discovers a mysterious labyrinth and a hidden world of strange creatures.
