‘I Play Rocky’ Official Trailer

The film is an electrifying true story about an unknown actor with an unshakable belief that he wasn’t just meant to write Rocky—he was meant to be Rocky Balboa. Told “no” at every turn, Sylvester Stallone bets everything on himself, holding the line on playing the lead against seemingly impossible odds. The result is the ultimate underdog story behind the ultimate underdog movie.

I Play Rocky begins hitting theaters on November 6th.

Once Upon a Katamari Switch 2 Release Date

Launching alongside the Nintendo Switch 2 version, the Rolling LIVE Highlights DLC brings 10 quests and their iconic soundtracks from the mobile game Katamari Damacy Rolling LIVE, where everything revolves around live streaming. Players will roll alongside Earth’s streamers, meet new cousins, and grow their Katamari to help the King stay ahead of the trends, impress his fans, and become even more popular.

 

The Nintendo Switch 2 version delivers a new rolling sensation with a free update that includes the exclusive mouse controls, alongside a smoother framerate and enhanced graphics. Existing Nintendo Switch players can transfer their save data to Nintendo Switch 2, provided no save data already exists on the system.

 

Once Upon A KATAMARI sends The Prince and his Katamari across time itself, gathering up objects through the Jurassic Period, the Ice Age, historic Japan and more to restore the stars to the heavens. The game pairs the series’ memorable music with a new soundtrack, customization options for The Prince and his cousins, power-ups such as the magnet that pulls in nearby items, and Katamari Ball, a competitive multiplayer mode.

Once Upon a Katamari Comes to Nintendo Switch 2 on October 8th.

Children of Blood and Bone hits theaters January 15, 2027.

Final Trailer for Ridley Scott’s ‘The Dog Stars’

Based on Peter Heller’s captivating bestseller, “The Dog Stars” features a critically acclaimed ensemble, including Jacob Elordi, Josh Brolin, Margaret Qualley, Allison Janney, Benedict Wong, and Guy Pearce. The screenplay is by Mark L. Smith, based upon the novel by Peter Heller, and the producers are Ridley Scott, p.g.a., Michael Pruss, p.g.a., Mark L. Smith, and Cliff Roberts, p.g.a., with Lily Brooks-Dalton, Brandon Scott Smith, Peter Heller, Aidan Elliott serving as executive producers.

 

The film tells the story of Hig (Jacob Elordi), a young pilot who, together with a military survivalist, Bangley (Josh Brolin), has carved out an efficient but isolated homestead in a brutal post-apocalyptic world. But when Hig receives a mysterious radio transmission, he ventures into the unknown in search of the hope and humanity he still believes exist.

The Dogs Stars hits theaters on August 28th.

Twin sisters with disfiguring burn scars have their world upended when the mother they’d believed dead reveals their father is responsible. When she orders them to kill him for what he did, they must decide whether to seek vengeance or find mercy.

Is God Is hits Blu-Ray/DVD on July 28th.

FX’s ‘Far Cry’ Series Adds Steve Buscemi to the Cast

Steve Buscemi is the latest to descend into the madness of FX’s “Far Cry,” joining Rob Mac and Lizzy Caplan in the new anthology series based on Ubisoft’s global hit video game franchise, which will be available on FX and Hulu as well as Disney+ internationally. The limited series from Noah Hawley and Rob Mac will retain Far Cry®’s signature standalone storytelling format with each season set in a new setting following a new cast of characters.

 

Steve Buscemi has built a career out of portraying some of the most unique and unforgettable characters in recent cinema. He has starred in films like “Reservoir Dogs,” “Fargo,” “The Big Lebowski,” and “The Death of Stalin.” Buscemi’s television credits include “Boardwalk Empire” and “Miracle Workers,” Season 5 of “The Sopranos,” and numerous memorable guest appearances on shows like “30 Rock” and “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.” He is an eight-time Emmy nominee, including multiple nods for “Boardwalk Empire” and for starring in and directing “The Sopranos.” He won the Emmy for best short form variety series in 2016 for “Park Bench with Steve Buscemi.” He most recently starred opposite Jenna Ortega in season 2 of the hit Netflix series “Wednesday.” He’ll co-star opposite John Malkovich and Sam Rockwell in Martin McDonagh’s feature film “Wild Horse Nine” for Searchlight this fall.

First Trailer for ‘Wizards Beyond Waverly Place’ 4-Part Finale

Billie, still reeling from losing Alex at the end of Season 2, discovers that the only way to rescue her mother is to reunite with her long-lost father. As her family bands together to find Alex, Billie realizes that their combined power is the only way the Russos can defeat the evil plaguing them.

All four episodes premiere August 4th on the Disney Channel, then the following day on Disney+.

Hasbro and Nintendo Announce New ‘Legend of Zelda’ Toy Collaboration

Hasbro, a leading games, IP and toy company, today announced a new licensing partnership with Nintendo to create products based on the popular Legend of Zelda franchise. This multi-year collaboration is set to begin in 2027, starting with the first reveals of three 6″ scale figures at San Diego Comic Con (July 23-26, 2026).

“For decades, The Legend of Zelda franchise has captivated fans through its deep lore, unforgettable characters and enduring sense of discovery,” said Billy Lagor, President Toys and Board Games at Hasbro. “By combining Nintendo’s iconic storytelling with Hasbro’s leadership in action and role-play, we’re delivering toys that invite fans to play, explore and forge their own epic adventures.”

Ever since its first title, released in the US in 1987, the Legend of Zelda series has mixed exploration and discovery with action and adventure. Link and Zelda’s eternal battle against Ganondorf forms the centerpiece of these epic tales from the world of Hyrule.
