If you’re a fan of Babymetal (check) and Resident Evil (check) then this is the collection for you. Capcom announced that the cross over will be available in August, with pre-orders live on the Babymetal page now.
The collection includes The Ladies Tee, The Dolls Tee, Metal Outbreak Zip-Up Hoodie, The Ladies Acrylic Stand, and The Dolls Acrylic Keychain. Art is from two in-house Capcom artists, illustrator Hinanana and graphic designer GOTO, both of whom have worked on various Capcom art.
Pre-orders for the 5 items will end on June 26th, so don’t wait around too long. Prices are a tiny bit scary with the shirts coming in at $50 and the pins coming in at $15 being the cheapest option.
The cross over event celebrates the hit metal dance group and the 30th anniversary of Resident Evil. The franchise has sold over 201 million units over that span. Will you be picking anything up?
