The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 $51,600,000
The Good Dinosaur $39,192,000
Creed $30,120,000
Spectre $12,800,000
The Peanuts Movie $9,700,000
Where is Victor Frankenstein on this list, you might ask? Unfortunately their opening weekend only racked up an estimated $2.35 million making it the worst opening weekend ever for a movie shown in more than 2,500 screens. Even The Martian beat it, and it’s been in theaters close to two months now.
