Cocaine Bear Gets Maximum Rampage Edition This Month

Universal has released the details for the home entertainment launch of Cocaine Bear, which will featured an alternate ending, deleted scenes, and more!

If you missed out on Cocaine Bear in theaters, or simply eager to enjoy it again from the comfort of home, you won’t have to wait long. Universal has announced the Maximum Rampage Edition is launching later this month. The film will be available at all digital retailers starting on April 14th, with the physical Blu-Ray release coming on April 18, 2023.

Inspired by the 1985 true story of a drug runner’s plane crash, missing cocaine, and the black bear that ate it, this wild dark comedy finds an oddball group of cops, criminals, tourists and teens converging in a Georgia forest where a 500-pound apex predator has ingested a staggering amount of cocaine and gone on a coke-fueled rampage for more blow … and blood.
