Apple TV+ Releases First Look for Season 2 of ‘Foundation’

Apple TV+ has released the first look at the upcoming second season of Foundation.

Earlier today Apple TV+ released the first teaser for the upcoming second season of Foundation, based on Isaac Asimov’s acclaimed Foundation series. As the first season of the show culminated with a great ‘crisis’ being averted, it’s revealed in this teaser that a second ‘crisis’ will serve as the crux of this new season as well.

Based on the brief glimpses of certain characters, it looks like season 2 of Foundation will skip back and forth in time, or at the very least feature flashbacks to the past. The visuals glimpsed in this teaser look absolutely gorgeous. I’m particularly excited to see how Brother Day (Lee Pace) handles things as the Galactic Empire continues the slow fall that began in the first season.

The second season of Foundation arrives this summer on Apple TV +.
