Marvel has revealed a new trailer, and a release date, for their upcoming animated series that explores an alternate version of the characters we know and love.
Even as we prepare for the finale of Loki (and release of Black Widow tomorrow), Marvel is giving us a new look at what’s coming for fans next month. We’ve got a new poster and trailer for the upcoming What If…? series, but even more importantly, we know when we’ll be watching.
The series will debut on August 11th, with new episodes on Wednesdays (so it sounds like a weekly release is happening, but I’m trying to clarify):
Creating a multiverse of infinite possibilities, “What If… ?” features fan-favorite characters, including Peggy Carter, T’Challa, Doctor Strange, Killmonger, Thor and more. The new series, directed by Bryan Andrews with AC Bradley as head writer, features signature MCU action with a curious twist.
