New Daredevil Series in the Works for Disney+

The Man Without Fear is getting another television series, as Marvel is developing a new show for Disney+.

After seeing Matt Murdock return in Spider-Man: No Way Home, as well as the Kingpin in the Hawkeye series, rumors about a solo Daredevil project have been swirling. Today, Variety reports a new series is in development for Disney+.

Namely, they’ve learned Matt Corman and Chris Ord (who’ve co-created a number of network TV projects) to write and executively produce the upcoming show. It’s still early days, but it’s nice to know we’ll get some proper Daredevil stories (though he’s likely to appear in Marvel’s Echo series which just started filming).

I’m mostly curious to see if they completely redo the origins, or try and integrate the Netflix series elements into the new MCU story. Either way, it’s pretty awesome. Maybe this way we’ll ACTUALLY see him team up with Spider-Man down the road.
