The cast of Netflix’s upcoming film The Old Guard 2 continues to grow as Uma Thurman and Henry Golding join the cast.
The cast of The Old Guard 2 is beginning to take shape, as Uma Thurman and Henry Golding have been cast in undisclosed roles alongside Charlize Theron, who is reprising her role from the original film. Along with Theron, KiKi Layne, Matthias Schoenaerts, Marwan Kenzari, Luca Marinelli, Veronica Ngo and Chiwetel Ejiofor are also returning to reprise their roles from the first film.
The Old Guard 2 is being directed by Victoria Mahoney, and the story is expected to follow the second story arc of the comic the films are based on. Considering the first film remains insanely popular on Netflix, it’ll be interesting to see how the sequel can follow up on the hype.
The Old Guard 2 currently doesn’t have a release date.
