Get back into Tormented Souls with the follow up title we’ve been waiting for!
I’ve been a huge fan of the first game in the series, so much so I gave it a 4.5 in my review here on Cinelinx. Now we got a taste of the second one which seems to continue where the story left off in the first game.
Caroline Walker is back in the sequel to the award-winning classic survival horror. Stalk the halls of haunting monasteries and other nightmarish locations. Brace yourself to confront terrifying creatures armed only with makeshift weapons as you desperately try to rescue your cursed sister.
The game is set to release in 2024, with no official release date specified. It looks like the game is skipping last generation and sticking to Xbox Series consoles, PS5, and PC.
The first game is set up like a classic old school horror title, but it does everything right. The puzzles are extremely fun to figure out, and once you get through it you can have fun trying to do speed runs just like old times. The graphics and gameplay style will bring back memories of any classic horror fan.
