Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Reportedly Delayed

Sadly, it looks like we won’t be playing Rocksteady’s next game this year as originally intended and will be waiting until 2023.

I suppose we shouldn’t be too surprised here. I mean, it seemed to good to be true for gamers to have both Gotham Knights and Suicide Squad launch in the same year. According to a report from Bloomberg, Warner Bros. has delayed the upcoming game to 2023.

While it’s generally a good thing for games when they get hit with a delay (which often makes for a better product in the end), it’s hard to not be bummed about this. We haven’t seen a new game from developers Rocksteady since Arkham Knight‘s release in 2015. Hell, Kill the Justice League wasn’t even revealed until 2020.

So yeah, it’s been a while. Hopefully it won’t be a big delay and we’ll get our hands on the title early in 2023.
