They are a passionate and talented games development team working on games for PC, VR, console and mobile, who have grown into a recognized face in the dev community, (as well as the growing VR industry).

If you have been watching Sony at several events over the past year you may have noticed them expanding their PlayStation Vue service. They did it again at E3 this year and they dropped what should have been a cable cutters dream, an a la carte style subscription. Don't get too excited though, it'll cost you way more than your cable service.

After a hiatus, The Fathergamer Podcast is back and better than ever with new faces, new topics, but still discussing all the things you care about. This week, we're introducing the new crew and talking about Bungie's Destiny. 

During GamesCom, Sony announced a “new IP” from a “new studio” called P.T. The teaser was fast, but we were told to go download the game right away. People did, and then they quickly got through the entire game within a matter of hours, but are still figuring out details. The game ended up being a teaser for a new Silent Hill, and well based off this very small demo we are super excited about it! Here is why!

Let’s start off this review by saying that I never thought that two little pieces of plastic would be any help to my FPS prowess. It’s not that I thought that KontrolFreeks FPS Freek Phantom analog stick adapters would be the worst thing since spray-on hair, but it was more of an indifference. I have to say that these two little pieces have rocked my FPS world in a way that I didn’t think was possible. Aliens landing on Earth would have made less of an impact on me than this. Well, maybe….but let’s get onto the review.

If you haven’t already, head over to our PS4 review to see what we think of the console itself. In the review we mentioned the PS4 controller needed an article on its own because there are lots of improvements and things to be talked about. Well let’s just say, the controller is finally a step up for the Dualshock, but it has one major drawback.

This week on TFGP, Eric and Jordan welcome Michael Mendheim, the creator of the original Mutant League Football game on the SNES and Genesis to the show.  Inside Michael talks about what he's working on, what games he's playing (or not playing), and dishes on what he learned from his recent unsuccessful Kickstarter campaign to reboot the retro franchise.  Come inside to hear what this gaming legend has to say!

In our neonate online podcast episode, you’ll have to overlook the bumps and potholes as we navigate our way through technical difficulties (such as conversing in nerd-speak without being in the same city ONLINE, nonetheless).

The first thing we ever saw for the PlayStation 4 was it's controller, and Sony has been touting it as a unique feature for the system that will enhance our gameplay.  Like we did with the Xbox One controller, we got some time to play around with Sony's fancy new Dualshock 4 and our bringing our first impressions to you.
